This study explains the context of social capital as a public source which comes from the basic relationships of individuals reaching out to national concepts. From this point, its relation with political science and local politics is undeniable. Since individuals shape their life circle with the culture they carry from their families and background in many cases, social capital of each individual expands in this direction. This situation has enormous effect in creation of their identities as well as their political ideologies. Providing a strong sense of belonging, this effect naturally comes along with devotion with expectations. Although the effect of social capital in politics is mainly positive in developed countries, it may have negative reflections in developing or under-developed countries. In developing nations like the Middle Eastern countries its relation with local politics affects most of the social life as well as organizational structures, public institutions, and the sense of belonging to any corporate mechanisms. And this effect is not always positive. The research focuses on the dark side of social capital effect and defines the backstairs-influence of it.
